Dynamic Gastrointestinal Function Monitor

The detection method of gastrointestinal electrogram is to collect gastrointestinal bioelectric signals non-invasively through body surface electrodes, and use the specificity of gastrointestinal bioelectric signals (gastrointestinal electrogram) reflected in the quantitative analysis data provided by the detection to understand the peristalsis of the gastrointestinal tract and the strength of gastrointestinal motility, so as to judge such as FD, gastrointestinal rhythm disorder syndrome (GDS),

Clinical significance:

The detection method of electrogastrogram is to collect gastrointestinal bioelectric signals through non-invasive body surface electrodes, and use the specificity of gastrointestinal bioelectric signals (gastrointestinal electrograms) reflected by the quantitative analysis data provided by the detection to understand the peristalsis of the gastrointestinal tract and the strength of gastrointestinal motility, so as to provide a scientific basis for judging diseases such as FD, gastrointestinal rhythm disorder syndrome (GDS), gastrointestinal hypomotility, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), tachygastric tachymotriation, bradygastropia, constipation and other diseases. Comparison of gastrointestinal function recovery before and after surgery in patients undergoing esophageal or bowel surgery provides a means of detection. According to the Chinese Society of Gastroenterology, the clinical diagnostic criteria of gastrointestinal electrogram have been formulated to achieve the purpose of examining and diagnosing functional diseases such as gastrointestinal motility disorders.

 Clinical Applications:

· Confirmation of functional diseases such as FD, gastrointestinal rhythm disorder syndrome (GDS), gastrointestinal hypomotility, tachygastric tachycarcity, and bradygastric dyskinesis;· Evaluate the recovery of peristaltic function after gastrointestinal surgery;

· Assessment of anorexia in children;

· Evaluation of diabetic gastroparesis;

· Provide reference diagnosis for organic diseases such as gastritis;

· Provide non-invasive testing methods for patients who are not suitable for gastrointestinal endoscopy;

 Parameter features:

1. Automatically analyze and calculate the clinical diagnostic indicators of gastrointestinal electroconduct

1. Average amplitude of waveform VP-P(μV);

 2. Waveform average frequency (CPM);

3. Percentage of gastrointestinal electrical rhythm disorders;
